This policy applies solely to global users of the Munbyn Print app.
It applies only to products and services related to Munbyn Print.

Registration

Users applying for registration must have the legal capacity and ability to assume responsibility, and must be individuals, legal entities, or other organizations capable of independently bearing legal responsibility. By completing the registration process on this platform, you confirm that you meet the necessary registration qualifications and are capable of assuming legal responsibility. If you do not meet the registration qualifications, you and your legal guardian will bear all consequences arising from this.

  1. Users must provide truthful, accurate, complete, legal, and valid information during registration and agree that the information provided is correct. If any registration information changes, users are required to update it promptly. If the information provided does not meet these requirements, the user will bear any resulting liabilities and consequences, and the platform reserves the right to terminate the user’s access to the services.
  2. When users browse or perform other actions on this platform, we will strictly protect the confidentiality of their email addresses and other private information. Unless authorized by the user or required by law, we will not disclose the user’s private information to third parties.
  3. If you discover that someone is impersonating or stealing your account and password, or if there is any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately through effective means so that we can suspend the relevant services. During this period, we will not be held responsible for any executed instructions and/or losses incurred as a result.

Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Rights of the Software

  1. The services provided by Munbyn, including but not limited to text, photos, charts, images, sounds, etc., and the copyrights of any electronic materials contained therein, are owned by Munbyn (excluding trademarks and other rights belonging to third parties). Without permission, users may not copy, modify, or create derivative products based on the content.
  2. By submitting your content to us, you acknowledge and agree to grant us a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, permanent, and irrevocable license to copy, distribute copies, create derivative works based on your content, publicly perform, publicly display, train artificial intelligence, and use and exploit your content to provide services and promote other services we believe you may be interested in.
  3. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content you submit or have obtained written permission or other valid authorization from the relevant rights holders (e.g., but not limited to, your photographer) to provide us with the content, allowing us to use it in our services and in the products you have ordered.

  1. When you agree to this agreement or use this software, we will collect and store the necessary information required to provide services, including but not limited to your account information.   4. You can choose to register an account on this platform. In addition to your name and email address, we may also collect other personal information to provide you with personalized services.

Receiving Marketing Emails

If your details are already in our database, we may also use our legitimate interests to send you promotional emails. We will always ensure that these emails are not excessive or overly lengthy. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to receive marketing emails.

  14. To enable features of our website or application, including creating profiles, using our online store, and rating products.
  15. To display certain features of our website or app in relation to third parties, such as trusted store banners, product tracking, or product videos.
  16. To allow you to use certain features of our products.
  17. To provide discounts to certain groups (e.g., students).
  18. To determine whether to establish business partnerships, such as affiliate programs or merchant programs.

System Interruptions or Failures

In the event that the system cannot function properly, preventing you from using the services, Munbyn will not be liable for any compensation, including but not limited to: system interruptions or failures. Specifically, Munbyn shall not be responsible for any system malfunctions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  1. Natural Disasters: Extreme weather and geological disasters such as heavy rain, floods, tsunamis, storm surges, typhoons, hurricanes, blizzards, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, fires, droughts, and other similar events.
  2. Human Factors: Social events such as wars or armed conflicts, terrorist attacks, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, and other forms of social unrest.
  3. Public Service Interruptions: Infrastructure issues, such as power outages, network disruptions, mobile gateway errors, and other related problems.
  4. Government Actions: Government interventions or regulations, changes in laws or policies, and other administrative measures.
  5. Other: Explosions, lightning strikes, epidemics (including but not limited to large-scale infectious disease outbreaks), and other unforeseeable exceptional events.

Prohibited Uses of the Service

You are fully responsible for all content transmitted through the service. We reserve the right to investigate any individuals who we believe, at our sole discretion, are violating these terms and to take appropriate legal action. Such actions may include but are not limited to removing any infringing content from the service, suspending or terminating the accounts of violators, and reporting the violations to relevant law enforcement agencies. As a condition for accessing and using the service, you agree not to use our services for the following activities:

  1. Transmitting any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
  2. Infringing on the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of others, or violating the privacy or publicity rights of others.
  3. Impersonating any individual or entity, including but not limited to Munbyn employees, or making false statements or otherwise misrepresenting your relationship with any individual or entity.
  4. Distributing unauthorized advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of commercial solicitation.
  5. Uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
  6. Interfering with or disrupting the service or the servers or networks connected to the service, or failing to comply with the requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the service.
  7. Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, provincial, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to any rules issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or any rules of any legally effective securities exchanges.
  8. Stalking or otherwise harassing others.
  9. Collecting or storing personal data about other users for the prohibited behaviors and activities listed above.

We are committed to maintaining a secure and compliant service environment and therefore reserve the right to respond to any suspected violations. In enforcing these measures, we will always adhere to applicable laws and regulations, ensuring the protection of users' legal rights. In the event of any of the aforementioned violations, we reserve the right to terminate your account and/or block your access to the services, and we also reserve the right to pursue legal action against you.

App Permissions

When you use the services provided by the Munbyn Print platform, we may request access to various permissions on your mobile device to ensure you can fully utilize the platform's features. These permissions include, but are not limited to, camera, photo library, file storage, microphone, phone, Bluetooth, GPS, network, etc. If you do not agree to grant the necessary permissions or allow us to collect and use the mentioned information, the app will not function properly. You can uninstall the app or go to "Settings" > "Permission Management" to revoke the authorization and terminate the service.

Specifically:

  1. Camera Permission: This allows the app to take photos or record videos so you can upload images or video content to the platform.
  2. Photo Library Permission: Grants the app access to your photo library, enabling you to upload existing images to the platform.
  3. File Storage Permission: This enables you to upload documents, images, or other file types to the platform for sharing or backup storage.
  4. Bluetooth Permission: Required to connect Bluetooth devices for data transfer or controlling external hardware devices.
  5. GPS Permission: With GPS permission, the app can identify the user's current location and recommend nearby available printing devices.
  6. Network Permission: Essential network access to ensure you can connect to the internet and use the platform's online features, such as data synchronization, content sharing, and real-time updates.
  7. Sensor Permission: Includes access to accelerometers, gyroscopes, and other sensors to improve app interaction and user experience.

Please rest assured that we only request these permissions when necessary and strictly adhere to our privacy policy to protect your personal information. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings to control access to the features.
